Last year LUC was a top rated program, and each great program requires a great pie chart.
“When the team from Keuzegids came to rate our program, we gave them the usual run down. We kept the pie chart hidden until the last moment because we knew it was impressive. When we brought out the pie chart, their jaws dropped. We knew we were going to be top rated that year.” said the Dean in an exclusive interview.

We all saw and loved the extraordinary pie chart which displayed the incoming classes diverse nationalities. But as the Dean claimed, “If we want to stay on top, we need an even better pie chart.”
An International Community
LUC students feel the good that comes from living in such a varied community, and would also benefit from an improved pie chart:
“I never realised that not everyone is efficient and on time!” a German student told us while waiting for her group members to show up.
“Without this community, I would never have known how to correctly pronounce “sovereignty”. Plus, that pie chart is glorious!” a proud Dutch student confessed as he stroked a print of the pie chart.
Learning to work and live with people from other backgrounds doesn't just lead to a better learning environment but it also lets you place higher and higher in college rankings. So it was not surprising when the Dean announced new admission requirements for the class of 2019.
A New Policy
Beginning next year, every prospective student must have at least two nationalities. The official announcement claims that this new regulation will help LUC “—stand out from the other University Colleges and also foster an ultra-international environment.” It goes on to say that “Most importantly, it will produce a truly exceptional pie chart.”
With these new regulations next year's pie chart is projected to look like this:

When asked, a beaming member of the admissions staff told us: “We have already accepted a student with 7 passports. We didn’t even need to read her application to know we wanted her.”
Looking to the Future
As for future pie charts, who knows what lays in store?
When interviewed by LUC News, the Dean revealed: “English might no longer be a requirement soon. This way we can accept an even more diverse group of students which would really take our pie chart game to the next level!”
The LUC News team can’t wait to see the international classroom of 2019, we expect great things!
