Leiden University Campus Security responded to calls regarding a stranger on campus last Thursday. The call came from a first year.
“I didn’t know who he was,” she said, a slightly frightened look in her eyes. “I just saw him coming into the building, looking all tired and grubby. I’d never seen him before.”
“I’ve gone here for three years,” the third year said with a dead-eyed look. “I wouldn’t leave this building for weeks at a time! I swear, you go to Australia for a semester and…”
When asked why he looked so disheveled, he responded with a groan vaguely sounding like “capstoneeee”.
The situation has since been resolved without incident, though former exchange students are advised to wear LUC sweatshirts in the future.
