BREAKING: Leiden University Adds Yet Another Intro Week

In a surprising turn of events, Leiden University has elected to supplement their introduction programme with yet another Introduction Week for its students in The Hague. After the LUC Intro Days, El Cid, and HOPweek finish will come Leiden’s newest creation: UltraWeek, which its creators are dubbing "the ultimate introduction programme".

According to a high-up source within the week’s planning committee, this week will feature only the cutting edge of introduction activities.

“We’re looking at speed dating, ultimate ninja, scavenger hunts… we might even organize a beach day!” said one of UltraWeek’s organizers. “It will be by far the best introduction the new students could have.”

When asked why the week had been added, our source grew gravely serious.

“It is so important to us that our students in The Hague get properly introduced to Leiden, even if they’re all the way here in The Hague. Who knows if these other weeks are enough? I mean, I wasn’t there for the other Intro Weeks, but I’m confident ours has more to add.”

We approached several LUC students to inquire about their take on this story.

"What's HOPweek?" said a third year student, who had come to AvB to use the wifi.

"Oh god, do I have to mentor for that too?" said a second year student.

"Gnnnnnnnh," said an exhausted-looking first-year student.
